The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant and well structured wine. While juicy today, it has enough body to be cellared and gain complexity over the next 7 years.

Growing Conditions: The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from a number of sites throughout Victoria including our Heathcote and Banksdale vineyards. It was harvested in parcels from early to late April at a range of baume levels from 13.1 to 14.0.
