After a winter cool, dry, smoothness moved from the end of March, leading to a relatively early bud break. With temperatures rising throughout the spring, flowering starts with almost three weeks in advance.
From July we are witnessing the return of normal seasonal and beneficial rainfall events of August help maintain aromas, freshness and acidity.
The harvest takes place during the second half of September and the first juice show from the beginning, lots of fruit and balance.
